If you need to return or exchange an item within our 30-day return period, you will typically receive a refund within 10 business days of the package arriving at our warehouse, after your item has been inspected by the store. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

Customs and taxes will be calculated based on the ordered goods, country of origin, shipping destination, and purchase amount. If not already included in the product price, they will be displayed separately at checkout. Some countries require customs and taxes to be paid upon receipt, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
