1. What if my order is delayed?


If your order arrives later than expected, please contact our customer service department at brand@vellichorr.com. We will handle it immediately and work with our courier partners to arrange delivery for you as quickly as possible.


2. What if my order hasn't been delivered?


Sometimes shipping delays may occur. If your package does not arrive within the time specified on the vellichorr.com website, please contact our customer service department at brand@vellichorr.com. We are happy to assist you.


3. What if my order is missing items?


If any items are missing from your order received on vellichorr.com, please contact our customer service department at brand@vellichorr.com. We are happy to assist you.


4. How do I use and care for my wooden cutting board?


Our walnut cutting boards are double-sided!


To keep both sides of the wooden cutting board in good condition, we recommend: Quickly wash the cutting board by hand after each use; preferably with mild soap and warm water! Do not use a dishwasher or soak it in water.


After hand washing, it's best to towel dry immediately, then stand the cutting board upright or on a clothes rack for ventilation. Laying a wet cutting board flat to dry increases the risk of warping.


Also, never use bleach on the wood, as it will stain/dry the wood.


Our walnut cutting boards come pre-coated with two coats of mineral oil, but you should still oil the wood regularly (when it starts to feel dry). You can use our coconut care oil or food-grade mineral oil.


5. How do I clean and maintain my knives?


Cleaning and maintaining knives can be tricky, so always prioritize safety!


It's best to hand wash knives immediately after use with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge or cloth. Note: If food residue remains on the knife for a long time, it will be more difficult to clean and will require more vigorous scrubbing. This will also cause the blade to dull faster.


After hand washing, immediately and thoroughly dry your knives with an absorbent towel, then store them in the provided sheath, knife block, or magnetic strip to help protect the blades.


We also recommend that you regularly sharpen your everyday kitchen knives and precision paring knives to keep the blades sharp.


6. How do I check my order status?


Your order confirmation email contains all the details of your order: order number, shipping method, and shipping/billing address. You will receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number after your order has shipped. If you do not see a confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder.


If you have any further questions about your order, please contact our customer service.


7. Can I change my order?


Once the order status is "Processing," it cannot be changed. You must wait until you receive the item before returning it.


8. How do I return an item?


If you are not satisfied, you can return a brand new, undamaged, full-price item within 30 days of receiving it and receive a refund.


1. In "My Order Details," select the item you wish to return and then click the "Request Return" button. To return any items you have purchased but have not yet used or worn, you must submit a return request within 30 days of receipt.


2. Obtain an authorization code and return address.


3. After submitting your return request, you can print the authorization code label from your order page. Carefully pack the items using your own shipping materials and affix the label to the outside of the package. Ensure the items are securely packaged, as it is your responsibility to deliver them to us as they were received.


4. Use the shipping label provided in the package.


5. Prepare your package and place all the products to be returned inside, adhering to the product conditions and return form.


6. Affix the return label, ensuring the barcode is visible.


7. Deliver your items promptly to any nearest post office or your local post office worker and update your tracking number.


9. Can I cancel my order?


We understand—plans can change. If you need to cancel your order before shipment, we are always ready to assist you. At Vellichorr, we are committed to getting your goods to you quickly. Therefore, our pauses are very short. Please email brand@vellichorr.com to contact our customer service team as soon as possible; we are happy to assist you. However, if your order is progressing slowly or we are unable to contact you promptly, your order will be shipped.


10. Do you offer international shipping?


Yes, we offer international shipping services. Due to international regulations and compliance requirements, we do not accept orders or process payments from the following countries/regions: Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea), Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Libya, Republic of Cuba, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, and Yemen.
