Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of the date of purchase, without exception.
Exchanges:
Each product can only be exchanged once (i.e., you cannot exchange for an item that has already been exchanged).
All exchanged items must be of equal value to the original purchase.
We do not allow the return of exchanged items.
Exchange shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Return Policy:
Your return package may take 7-30 days to arrive at our address.
If you are returning a knife, please carefully pack it in its original packaging and comply with the carrier's regulations regarding knife transportation.
Please retain your postage receipt and send the return package along with the tracking number, as we are not responsible for return packages lost or stolen during transit.
We will not refund your return without proof of receipt and delivery.
Return Conditions:
Items listed as final sale are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns. All items that do not meet our return standards (listed below) or are returned without prior authorization will be considered forfeited and handled at Vellichorr's sole discretion.
We also cannot accept returns of items showing signs of damage.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they were damaged or defective upon receipt: Custom-made items, production orders
Defective/Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please visit our website within 30 days of the date of purchase. You will need to upload photos of the item so that we can approve your refund or exchange request.
Procedure
1. In "My Order Details," select the item you wish to return and click the "Request Return" button. For any returned items that you have purchased but have not yet used, you must submit a return request within 30 days of receipt.
2. Obtain the authorization code and return address.
3. After submitting your return request, you can print the authorization code label from the order page. Carefully pack the item using your own shipping materials and affix the label to the outside of the package. Please ensure the goods are securely packaged, as it is your responsibility to deliver them to us as they were received.
4. Use the shipping label provided in the package.
5. Prepare your package and include all products to be returned, adhering to the product terms and conditions and the return form.
6. Affix the return label, ensuring the barcode is visible.
7. Deliver your item to any nearest post office or your local post office staff promptly and update your tracking number.
After our returns center receives your return, please wait up to 10 business days to receive your refund.
If procedures are not followed or elements are missing, returns may not be processed, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
