Delivery Information

We support international shipping. Due to international regulations and compliance requirements, we do not accept orders or process payments from the following countries: Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea), Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Libya, Republic of Cuba, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, and Yemen. We use major, trusted international carriers to ensure your parcels arrive at their destination quickly and safely. We also offer free flat-rate shipping to most destinations for all eligible products.


Order and Shipping Confirmation Emails


You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is submitted to our system. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your package tracking number.


You may receive several shipments to complete your order and will receive a shipping confirmation email when all shipments have been shipped.


Processing


Note: If your order contains multiple items, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time. To deliver your goods to you as quickly as possible, your order may be shipped in batches. You will only receive a shipping confirmation email after the last item has been shipped. However, you can view the tracking information for each item on the order tracking page.


We will conduct rigorous quality control on your goods and ensure proper packaging before shipment. We are pleased to announce that most orders can now be shipped within 24 hours. Please note that small orders may still require 3-5 business days, depending on stock availability.


Please note that processing time is not included in shipping time. The total time required to receive your order is processing time + shipping time. If you have any questions about your order, you can submit a support ticket to our customer service center for further assistance. Our dedicated customer service team will contact you within 24 hours.

Note: For tracking numbers, it may take a few days for them to become active on the tracking website. If the information is unavailable, please try again later. Rest assured, the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of how the tracking website updates.


We strongly recommend that customers purchase a tracking number and shipping insurance at checkout for peace of mind while waiting for their packages.
